"Finish Your Game" Jam progress

So here's the thing. I love this game and it's been languishing in my "unfinished" bucket for a year and a half. 

But then the "Finish Your Game" Jam popped off and I thought, hey, perfect!

Except I didn't have time to work on it till the last day of the jam. Womp womp.

BUT when I did finally sit down to work on it, I had an Idea (uh oh). I said,why just format it into a boring ole PDF when I could make it a whole dang Electron app? (Cuz that's a thing I've totally done before... not.)

I think it'll be really cool. It'll walk the DM through picking characters and generate player printouts and a supply list. ... but it ain't doin that tonight.

Did I spend an hour downloading fonts and learning how to make a neon effect in CSS? MAYBE.

I'm doing the UI bits in Svelte, because I like Svelte. I do not currently know how to make that talk to the Electrony bits, but, I'll get there.

Uh so. I did not finish the game. Did I make substantial progress toward finishing it? Well, listen. I started.
